Densest Paste - The pasted plate is the heart and soul of your lead-acid battery. The grids are pasted with active material that is the densest available anywhere in the industry today. Added benefit:
Ensures long-life operation under deep cycling as well as continued, uninterrupted power.

POWERPLUS" Formation System - Our revolutionary formation system uses an acid recirculation and two shot forming process. This ensures that every cell of every battery receives a uniform temperature-controlled acid bath. We also put our batteries through a full charge/discharge cycle before they ever leave the factory. Added benefit: Being subjected to significantly lower temperatures during formation results in longer battery life.

Multi-Layer Retention System - Includes the horizontal wrap, vertical wrap, koroseal jacket, and all encased in a bottom boot. Wrapped plates are then sleeved in a high-quality microporous plastic material. Added benefit: Sleeved separators eliminated failures caused by separator misalignment.
 

• You never need to add water or be exposed to the hazards of sulfuric acid.

• You do not have to be exposed to the hazards of hydrogen gas, which is generated during recharge on standard flooded batteries.

• You can use and recharge equipment in remote or decentralized areas because of the reduction of hydrogen gas generation.

Add approved water only - never add acid.

Keep electrolyte level above separator protectors.

3.

Keep battery top clean and dry.

4.

Keep flame and metal away from battery top.

5.

Keep vent caps tightly in place.

6.

Discharge to 80% only and do not operate battery if the specific gravity is below 1.150 for POWERLINE, VARTA, WATER LESS and TOP POWER, and 1.175 for ENERGY-PLUS.

Cool before charging or operating if battery is above 115° F.

Use only approved charger of correct voltage and current output.

Keep truck compartment and battery cover open during charging.
