The Sellick TMF-55 features many advanced product developments to ensure
safety of operation, operator
ergonomics and rugged construction. Reduced turn around time maximizes the complete
delivery system - driver, truck and trailer. Since the TMF can be easily loaded within one
miunte on the back of a truck or trailer, it saves valuable cargo space and eliminates
towing

The TMF's centre mount operator station provides excellent ergonomics and easy
access on and off from eith side of the forklift, and provides excellent 360 degree
visibility for the operator. Sellick's standard side-shifting mast is included on the TMF.
The mast provides outstanding visibility, and the internal hydraulic supply eliminates
high maintenance and costly hose reels. The Sellick deadhead mount
is a feature that mounts the TMF on top of the trailer bed.
The TMF was designed to carry building materials and place them precisely where the
contractors need them. This lightweight and versatile forklift also
enables sod growers, nurseries and landscape contractors to pickup
and deliver in muddy, rough terrain conditions. Large 31 x 15.5 - 15
tires provide excellent traction over rough terrain.

Standard pad mount
Sellick’s standard pad
mount transports the TMF-55 on the end of the trailer bed to maximize
trailer load surface. It has been designed to fit most trucks and trailer
beds.
The TMF-55 is easy to load onto and unload from this mounting system.
During transport, the lift truck is safely secured using heavy duty ratchet
binders and uses the forklift’s own lighting.

Under-ride
protection bumper

Any trailer over
10,000 lb GVWR manufactured after January 26, 1998 must be equipped with a
certified under-ride protection bumper. This includes trailers that carry
truck mounted forklifts, while the lift truck is not mounted. Sellick offers
an under-ride protection bumper specially-designed for truck mounted
forklifts.
The folding bumper arms extend to the outside of the trailer and are
pinned in place while the lift truck is not loaded on the mount. When the
TMF-55 needs to be loaded onto the pad mount, the bumper arms are folded
back and securely pinned in place.
The bumper can be used on 96" or 102" wide trailers and may be mounted to
I-beam frames with 38" or 44" spacing. This under-ride protection bumper is
ideally suited to be used with our standard pad mount. |
